Can I get a sales person to advise and assist me?


What are other ways I can order besides website?

We have multiple channels for placing an order.
Website is the recommended method, as the inventory information is updated immediately.
However, if you would like to work directly with human, please find the information at [MAKING AN ORDER]


How can I request invoices?

We can sign you up for an automatic invoice that will send the invoice directly to your email.
You can request to receive automatic invoice via acct@ladivine.com.


How can I find the size chart of each styles?

Size chart are available in the product page.


Can I hide prices so I can look at the inventory with the customer?

We have added a function "CLICK TO HIDE PRICES" so they can now view the website inventory without displaying the price


When something is out of stock, how can I backorder?

You can submit your backorder request to preorder@ladivine.com.
Make sure to include your account information as well as the payment & shipping method for the order.


How can I know when something is restocked?

You can be notified of new shipments in two ways:

  1. Back in stock notification
    Click on this link to receive a notification when the selected colo/size is back in stock.

2. Text notification sign-up: Text “Join” to +1 (833)705-2406 and confirm “Yes”.
This service is only available for the United States & Canada.

Ordering Online

Why is the shopping cart amount different from the invoice amount? 

The shopping cart only includes the cost of the merchandise.
It does not include shipping fees, as these fees depend on factors like the shipping method, package dimensions, and value.


How can I find out how much shipping will cost?

To obtain information about shipping fees, you can leave a memo in the shipping instruction section during checkout.

Can I dropship directly from your warehouse?

Absolutely! You can take advantage of our convenient dropship service, and it's as simple as can be.
