RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At our company, we take great pride in our commitment to ensuring your satisfaction.

In the rare event of a damaged or incorrect shipment, we kindly request you to review the following guidelines

Final Sale Policy:

All sales on our merchandise are final. This means no refunds or returns are accepted, except in the following cases:

              1. Damaged or Defective Items: In such instances, we accept returns
                   for re-inspection to assess the issue and determine the best course of action.

              2. Incorrect item (e.g., wrong item delivered, delivery to the wrong address): Request an RA to returnt.
                   the incorrect item then place a new order.
                   The cost of the incorrect shipment will be credited once the warehouse receives the shipment.

 

Return Procedure: Please follow these guidelines for the return process:
In case of damage or incorrectly delivered merchandise, please follow the following steps 
to submitthe Return Authorization Request Form for review.

  • Please note that this return request must be filed within 5 business days of package delivery.
  • Special Sale items / Clearance items are Final Sale. No exception.  
  • Dropship orders: Dropship orders are considered final sale and are not returnable.

STEP 1:  Review the Return & Exchange Policy

STEP 2: Copy & send the following info to return@ladivine.com with Email Title: "Return Request [your Company Name]"

Return Authorization Request Form

  1. Your company's name & location  
  2. Images / video showing clear damage or incorrect shipment.
  3. Detailed description of the damage or the incorrect shipment.
  4. Invoice #
  5. Dress Style # and size

STEP 3: Our customer support team will respond within 3-5 business days after reviewing the filed request.
               If the case qualifies for an RA, we will request you to ship the item back for our Returns Department to review.
               Alternatively, we may also offer other options for solutions per case.

STEP 4: Our Returns Department will review the case when the garment arrives. If the damage & incorrect shipment is verified,
              the total value of the merchandise will be returned as Company Credit for your immediate future use.
